@virginia.r.pankey is part of the planning committee for a two-stage workshop “Reimagining Medical Psychiatry Units”

This will be a two-stage workshop.

Stage One: Virtual

  • List item September 11th, 10am - 2:30pm eastern via Zoom
  • We’ll do empathy, process, ideation, prototype definition.

Stage Two: In-person

  • October 3rd, 8am - 12pm at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • We’ll meet in-person before the Association of Medical Psychiatry meeting in Milwaukee to prototype and test design solutions.
  • If you’d like to you can participate in a tour of the Froedette Complexity Intervention Unit Wednesday, October 2nd (~ 3pm – 5:30pm)

Note: Between the two sessions, a team will take the insights developed during Stage One and comment on the newly proposed FGI Medical Psychiatry Units guideline section.

This workshop is a learning opportunity to directly influence comment development on the proposed Medical Psychiatry Unit guidelines. You won’t want to miss out on this unique opportunity.
