(2) alternative grab bar configurations shall be provided
what are solutions others have used? grab bar is pull down type (ligature risk) or locked in up position (relatively safer) however requires staff to unlock otherwise patients cant use it , if patient is ambulatory and does not require assistance now toilet is too far from wall and unless they call staff they have no grab bars?
