There are no multi-stall toilet stall systems on the market that are ligature resistant. Loop and wedge ligature points are endemic in stall systems by the very nature of their manufacturing and installation processes. Out of consideration for patient safety, privacy, and with an eye towards violence and aggression reduction, our clients have not installed a multi-stall bathroom in a mental health inpatient environment in almost 20 years.
